Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
Kre8 (ABN 15 129 746 551) ("Kre8", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and project details when you submit an enquiry through our contact form or email us directly. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via standard web analytics.
2. How we collect it
Directly from you when you submit a form, email us, or otherwise contact us. Technical data is collected automatically through standard analytics tools.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, deliver services you've engaged us for, improve this website, and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting, email, and analytics providers) who help us operate this website and our business, or where required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
5. Client engagements and AI Automation Services
Where a client engages Kre8 to build and operate AI Automation Services (SAM1/SAM2), Kre8 may configure systems that process that client's own customers' personal information, strictly on that client's instructions. This is governed by the Web Design & Digital Services Agreement between Kre8 and that client, not by this policy — this policy covers only kre8.it.com visitors and enquiries.
6. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
7. Accessing and correcting your information
You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
8. Cookies
This site uses cookies to improve browsing experience and for basic analytics. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended.
9. Complaints
If you believe we've breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
